About the project

ShortAI sorts case materials into categories and folders. Pick a folder and the app suggests a category and location for each file. The result can be reviewed and corrected before it is applied.

By default files are copied and the originals stay in place, and any sort can be undone. Text extraction and OCR run on the computer without API keys. External AI services are used only with explicit permission. It is currently a beta tested on macOS.
