For each Plenum ruling and point the agent sees whether it is in force and what repealed or amended it and when. If a Supreme Court ruling relies on a point that was later amended, the agent gets a warning and will not present an outdated position as current.

  • The lawyer draws the conclusions

    The server does not check whether a ruling was later overturned, and the database has no Constitutional Court, IP Court or cassation court rulings. The agent's selection is material for your decision, not a legal opinion.
